Harley Quinn: Ravenous Pre-order Contest – Terms & Conditions:
These terms and conditions apply to the pre-order drawing entitled “Harley Quinn: Ravenous Pre-order Contest.” Any customer who pre-orders a copy of Harley Quinn: Ravenous (3 entries) or submits a library request for either Harley Quinn: Ravenous or Harley Quinn: Reckoning (one entry) and uploads proof of purchase through the form on this website before midnight on April 25, 2023 will be automatically entered into the drawing with a chance to win. Every entrant is permitted up to three qualifying purchases of the Title. Entries submitted after the closing date will be invalid. Pre-orders made through Brave + Kind are automatically entered to win.
This Prize is not open to employees or contractors involved in the handling of the pre-order draw, nor their immediate families.
There will only be four winners chosen.
Three winners will win: The right to appear as a character in the Harley Quinn: Redemption by Rachael Allen. This prize has no monetary value.
One winner will win: The entire set of DC Icons books with custom-painted edges. This includes Wonder Woman: Warbringer, Catwoman: Soulstealer, Batman: Nightwalker, Superman: Dawnbreaker, Black Canary: Breaking Silence, Harley Quinn: Reckoning, and Harley Quinn: Ravenous. This prize has a monetary value of approximately $200.00 USD.
The odds of being selected a winner depend on the number of entries received.
The winning entrants must confirm their willingness to be featured in the book. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the winner is confirming that their name can be freely used in Harley Quinn: Redemption. This permission is for all rights and uses, in perpetuity, and the winner is agreeing to receive no compensation for the use of their name. The winner also agrees that the authors and publishers are not obligated to make any corrections or changes to their name in reprints.
By entering the promotion, entrants agree that the Promoters, and their respective affiliates, will have no liability, and will be held harmless from and against any liability or loss, including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, for all matters related to the Winner’s acceptance, possession, experience with, use or misuse of the prize or participation in the promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend the specification of the Prize in the event of an act of God or any other event outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, or to offer an alternative Prize of equivalent status. No cash alternative will be offered. This Prize is non-transferable.
Unsuccessful entrants will not be contacted and no feedback on any entry will be provided. The decision of the Promoter on all matters is final.
A supervised, random drawing will take place within five working days of April 25, 2023. The Prize winner will be notified by email and will need to respond within one week of the date of contact. If a selected winner does not respond or refuses the Prize, another entrant will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
Entry to the pre-order draw is conditional on acceptance of these terms and conditions. By entering this pre-order draw, you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms.
All contact information provided via this form will be used strictly for contacting the entrant that becomes the eventual Prize winner. Contact information will not be shared with other companies for any reason.
